Joshua Triumphant is a strategist, leadership trainer, and transformational coach known for combining spiritual depth with practical insight. He is the CEO of Leaven Innovations, a tech company using technology, strategy, and social innovation to address major challenges across Africa. He also founded the Leaven Leadership Academy, an online school that provides accessible leadership education.

Joshua leads the Leaven Leadership Initiative, a continent-wide campaign driven by the iLEAD Project—a youth tour aimed at reaching every tertiary institution in Africa with leadership and nation-building training. He also founded The Leading Speakers Collective and the Man Enough Network. He believes Africa’s future lies in values-driven leaders, especially among the youth and middle-aged.
